A report you can actually read
We test every circuit and check the board, earthing and bonding, then give you a report graded C1 to C3 with plain-English notes on what each one means. If something needs putting right, you get a quote for that too, not a list of codes and a shrug.

Questions people ask us
How long does an EICR take?
A typical home takes a few hours, with the power off in short stretches while we test each circuit. Bigger properties and commercial buildings take longer, and we tell you how long before we book you in.
What do the codes mean?
C1 means danger present, and we make it safe on the day. C2 is potentially dangerous and needs fixing for the report to pass. C3 is improvement recommended, which doesn't fail the report. FI means something needs further investigation. We explain each one on your report.
What happens if it fails?
You get a quote for the remedial work along with the report. Landlords have 28 days to get C1 and C2 items fixed, and we can usually do it well within that. Once it's done we re-test and give you the paperwork to prove it.
