Electrical condition reports for businesses, landlords, homeowners and buyers. A pre-purchase inspection is cheaper than a surprise later.

Old fuse boxes replaced with modern, labelled boards. We test the installation first so we know exactly what we’re connecting to.

Do you do three-phase work?
Yes. Three-phase supplies, distribution boards and sub-mains are a regular part of what we do, all tested and certified as an NICEIC Approved Contractor.
Can you work around our opening hours?
Yes. We plan the work around when you're open and agree the timings with you before we start, so disruption is kept to a minimum.
Are you NICEIC registered?
Yes. We're an NICEIC Approved Contractor (611915000), so our work is tested and certified, with building control notified where the job needs it.
Do you do landlord EICRs?
Yes. Rented homes in England need an electrical safety report at least every five years. We test, give you a clear report, and quote for anything that needs putting right.
Why test before changing a consumer unit?
A new board can show up faults the old one was hiding. Testing first means we fit the right board and avoid nasty surprises on the day.
