The Hammer & Pincers, Wymeswold

Restaurant · 16.67 kWp · 5 days

What was there

A village restaurant that had moved off gas and gone all-electric, with the electricity bill to match. The roof was already being replaced.

What we did

We timed the solar with the new roof: 33 panels, 16.67 kWp, split east and west so it makes power from breakfast prep to evening service, with a SolarEdge optimiser on every panel.

How it's doing

Commissioned in August 2023, in step with the new roof.
